Skilling is the buzz word in today’s context. NAMM has started engaging with youth, building their skills on different trades and preparing them better for the employment market. NAMM is also providing soft skill training to the youth. Our focus is building skills of young people who belongs to socially and economically backward strata of the society.

• Capacity building on soft skills like spoken english, group discussion, skills for facing interviews etc.
• Preparing youth for competitive examinations like banking, railways and public services.
• Other technical skill building work.
