NAMM believes in developing capacity of the women self-help groups and other village committees to take up income generation activities. NAMM believes in exploring and strengthening livelihood options based on locally available resources. Our livelihood work includes the following area.

• Formation of Women Self Help Groups (WSHG) and Village Development Committees (VDC).
• Training of WSHGs and VDCs on group management.
• Financial inclusion through bank linkages.
• Supporting the SHGs in taking up entrepreneurship activities .
• Training of farmers and strengthening farmers collectives.
• Facilitating land development and water management.
• Promotion of horticulture.
• Convergence with different government schemes and mission.
